  • Development of technology and facility to collect, separate, purify and recycle various used refrigerants
  • Development of energy efficient technology and facility for incineration of waste refrigerants in recovery process
  • Development of technology to produce fluorspar (CaF2) using hydrogen fluoride in the combustion gas of used refrigerants.

Expected Benefits

  • Domestication of waste refrigerant processing system and acquisition of worldleading environmental technology
  • Reduction of used refrigerants emission (above 90%)
  • The reduction of 1.55 million tons/year CO2-eq.
    Import substitution for fluorspar (CaF2), estimated to be 20 thousand tons/year
